TRADING RULES

I have updated my email address. I am working on updating my shows as well. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. On a personal note I would like to say I am thankfully and most gratefully a cancer survivor. Harry put his life work into raising money and awareness for several good causes. So I would ask that people go to donate.cancer.org and donate today. Even if it is only $1. If everyone in the world gave just $1 today, we might have a cure for cancer tomorrow.

If you see anything on this site you would like to trade for, feel free to send me an email with YOUR list of shows ... I am ALWAYS looking to trade. If you have nothing to trade, perhaps we can work something out or I will except a "blanks and postage" trade ... if time permits.

About This Site:

I have been a Harry Chapin fan for almost 30 years. Over that time I have collected Harry's albums, cassettes, cd's, collectibles, videos, and dvd's. For the past decade I have been collecting live recording of Harry. I am not quite old enough to have seen him live. Well I guess I am, but I was only 7 when Harry passed. But I had always heard how great he was in concert, which I have found to be true. Harry was at his best in front of a live crowd. His shows were almost like a theatrical show. He was part of a very rare breed of performers. I think what most attracts me to Harry's work is his unique story telling, or story songs. I appreciate the honesty, and humility in each of them. Later as I learned more of who Harry was, I began to respect, and admire his dedication. Not just to his music, and fans. But to the things he believed in, like World Hunger. Harry Chapin had a tireless work ethic. Performing more than 200 shows a year, most of which for charity. Harry never got to receive the full success he deserved. But I think by keeping his dream of ending world hunger, and keeping his memory alive, is just the type of respect, and success he deserves.
